What is The EMbodied self,
1 on 1 container?
It’s a 1 on 1 coaching container where I will guide you on a journey to connecting yourself deeper to who you truly are in your core essence. We will dive into all of you and see how you are able to give yourself grace and love. Even to the parts that you may have never liked.
You can choose a 4 week container or an 8 week container, and throughout these weeks I will be there with you guiding you through my four steps process.
Each container will look different from one person to another, but the core goal is for you to embrace yourself in all your greatness.
There is also a possibility to dive into your personal style and dive deeper into what your personal style truly is, if desired.
My 4 steps process

Once all the projections of who you are supposed to be are gone, who are you really? We have been conditioned to make people feel comfortable when we are around them or we have changed who we are to fit in. In this step we peel back the layers and get to know the real you. What are your values, your light sides, your shadows, and who are you at your core?

Self-love and self-acceptance is the next step. In order to get to a place in life where you are excited to wake up in the morning you need a stable center. Everything starts with you and if there are parts of you that you aren’t accepting, it will be hard to feel worthy of the things you desire.

Let’s move onto your dreams and desires. Now that we have connected to your true self and started accepting where you are right now, it will be easier to figure out what you truly want. We have bee shown a path of should’s and it’s time to move into your desire. You are capable of living a life you truly love and so it is.

Knowing your desires is great, but seeing the top of the mountain can get very overwhelming. This is where we will dissect your goals and make an action plan that feels doable for you. The next steps might look exactly how you think. There is a lot of greatness that can come from creating stability within yourself first and then move forward with the external goals.

What are the 9 LifeStyle Archetypes?

The higher version of you who is already living the life you dream of.
Light: Living as if you already have your desires and are grateful for the things you already have.
Shadow: Only living in the future, wishing that things where different and not being content with the now.
Disembodied: Not wanting to dream big and have big goals, because the fear of failing or never getting there.

Your inner child, pure essence of who you are without the conditioning from society.
Light: Childlike, playful, joyful. Balance between being the parent and the child by creating a safe space for the child to come through.
Shadow: Childish, lack of responsibility, would rather not work and just play the rest of their life.
Disembodied: Only work no play. play is only for children and they get a lot more serious when getting older.

The feminine side of you. Love for all things living. Both self love, love for other beings, nature, and animals.
Light: Does everything from a filled cup. Takes care of herself first, then others. Generous, loving and able to receive as well.
Shadow: Giving from an empty cup. Always putting others first and struggling to take care of themselves. Also have a hard time receiving.
Disembodied: Pushes love away, afraid of getting hurt. Not letting people come too close because they believe it won’t last anyway.

The masculine side of you. The doer, goal getter and action taker.
Light: Balance in doing and being. Knows that there are seasons where they will be more in the doing and other times more in the being. Knows how to delegate tasks
Shadow: Always doing. Needs to get everything perfect, and struggles to take a break. Carrier over everything. Subject to burnout.
Disembodied: Only being. Feeling so overwhelmed with the thought of everything that needs to get done so they freeze.

The side of you who are connected to the divine. Who knows. Who feels supported and guided by something bigger than one self.
Light: Connected to Source/God/A higher realm. Knows they are always guided and held on their path forward. Sees syncroniceties, signs and thing everything has a deeper meaning. Receives downloads on what to do next.
Shadow: Only living in the 5D. Struggles to be around other people who aren’t connected to Spirit. Disassociate from life.
Disembodied: There is no such thing as Spirit, God or the Universe who is bigger than us. We only know what we have proven. The witch wound is very prominent here.

The part of you who looks after your physical body. Movement, eating habits and doing it in tune with your cycle.
Light: Living in alignment with their cycle, eating intuitively and moving their body so they feel good.
Shadow: Working out high intensity all the time, being worried about weight and how they look, being so strict with their intake that they loose the joy of living.
Disembodied: Not taking care of your body. Using food and alcohol (other substances) as an escape.

The part of you who rests, recharges and takes care of your nervous system.
Light: Able to disconnect and do things purely to relax. Balance between being and doing. Healthy relationship with consuming TV.
Shadow: Just resting. Constantly dissociating from life and wanting to just do nothing. no motivation and/or energy. Zone out with constantly watching something
Disembodied: Work constantly, always doing. You can rest when you die. Struggling being still and sitting with thoughts.

The part of you who is connected to her sensuality, nature and emotions. She embraces all that she is and gets familiar with her shadows.
Light: Fully expressed in all that she is. In touch with her emotions, nature and her sensual energy. Fully liberated showing up as herself. Using her emotions to connect to her eros and understanding that everything is connected.
Shadow: Fully in the shadows and struggles to see the light. using her sexuality as manipulation to get something.
Disembodied: Not connected to the core essence of who we are. Disconnected from her emotions, nature and her sensuality.

The part of you who is creating, coming up with new ideas and fully expresses herself in her style.
Light: Feel ease & flow when it comes to creating. Enjoys the process, not living with the perfectionist mindset. Inspired by life.
Shadow: Only living in creation mode, disconnecting to the world around. Starving Artist. Never put anything out or waiting because it has to be perfect. Creating a lot, but never sharing.
Disembodied: Suppressed their creativity. Doesn’t even want to try because they are afraid it will not be good enough. Stopped creating as a kid because it wasn’t look at as something useful or productive.
The 9 Lifestyle Archetypes are a collection of all parts of one self. It can be hard to know where to start once you are getting to know yourself, so I put together these archetypes for you to start diving into these parts of yourself.
Some of them have been borrowed from Carl Jung’s feminine archetypes, but all of them have manifested in my life in some shape or form. Either in the light, shadow or disembodied way.
The archetypes will look different from person to person but I believe that you can identify them in your life in your own way.
You are tired of always putting other people before yourself.
You desire to step into the fullest expression of who you are.
You feel lost on your spiritual journey and overwhelmed by all the information you have consumed.
You desire to feel more joy and magic in your everyday.
You know that you are meant to make a change, but don’t know how.
You want to cultivate more self-love and self-acceptance.
You desire to hold space for everything you feel, both good & “bad”.
You desire to be seen and be in a space of zero judgement.

Why work with me?
All my life I have been trying to fit in. Growing up I lived in a posh neighbourhood where being different would make you a victim of bullying no matter who you were. From a young age I knew that I was one of a kind and all I wanted to do was to be like everyone else. I felt so uncomfortable being the person I truly was and looked at a lot of my qualities as flaws.
The older I got, the more I started exploring myself and when I moved to NYC to study fashion design, I got to really experience who Emma really was.
In 2021 I went through some big t trauma that shook up my whole existence and I started on a healing journey that has lead me to look at all the parts of who I am.
I realised that there was so much self hatred in me for not being the person that I had “hoped” I would be and I went on a deep dive into my shadows from a place of getting to love it all.
Now I have more peace within myself than ever before and my goal is to help as many women find that peace and love within themselves.
We are perfect souls just because we exist, and all parts of you are welcome here.
